We got up early, I was awake around 5.30 listening to the radio. At just before 6.30 we went to the kitchen and as it was so early no one else was present and we were able to have a full cooked breaky without fighting for space.
We had rebooked a room for tonight but had been told that we would have to change the room and book out and book in at earliest 2pm. That meant we either had to take our packs or store them in lockers at a charge of £ 3 each. We excepted that and stripped the beds and went down to hand the keys in. We were then informed we could keep the room, we would not have to pay storage and took packs back up to the room.
It was about 8.15 we left the hostel weightless. There had been a slight dusting of snow which thawed before ten.
