As I entered the village I asked an elderly gent if there was a shop, heo directed me to a porta cabin next to the 71( social) Club. As I followed his directions I passed the Old Bakery, Old Post Office, The Old Stores.' Old' meaning no longer a shop but an expensive house/holiday home.The young lass who ran the shop said that all the shops had closed and now all they could afford to have was a porta cabin....progress! At least they had that. Josh's birthday today, he would of had it on the walk. Sat at picnic table near the shop and wished him the necessary...17 years old, time has really flown.
